Ingredients

  • 3 fresh eggs
  • 1 tbsp ghee (or butter)
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper

Preparation

  1. 01Heat the ghee in a non-stick pan over medium heat until fully melted.
  2. 02Gently crack the eggs into the pan, keeping the yolks intact.
  3. 03Lower the heat completely and use a spoon to baste the hot ghee over the egg whites (without touching the yolk) to help them cook quickly.
  4. 04Once the whites set and the yolk stays runny, remove from heat and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
