Ingredients
- 3 fresh eggs
- 1 tbsp ghee (or butter)
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
Preparation
- 01Heat the ghee in a non-stick pan over medium heat until fully melted.
- 02Gently crack the eggs into the pan, keeping the yolks intact.
- 03Lower the heat completely and use a spoon to baste the hot ghee over the egg whites (without touching the yolk) to help them cook quickly.
- 04Once the whites set and the yolk stays runny, remove from heat and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
