
Lahsa withMelted Cheese

Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 3 tbsp liquid cheese (Kraft or similar)
- 1 onion
- 1 ripe tomato, cut into small cubes
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 hot green pepper (sliced into rings)
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt and black pepper
Preparation
- 01In a wide pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion until softened and golden.
- 02Add the hot pepper and tomato paste and stir for a minute until fragrant.
- 03Add the chopped tomato and spices, cover over low heat until thickened and fully softened.
- 04Whisk the eggs lightly, then pour over the mixture and stir slowly until cooked but still moist.
- 05Spread the liquid cheese evenly over the whole surface of the pan.
- 06Cover the pan and turn off the heat immediately — the heat of the eggs will melt the cheese into a creamy layer. Serve immediately.
